The first day I had the Fenix it started off at 50% and then slowly decreased to 23 the next morning. It only charged 4% during the night. Then it was stuck at 5% for over a day and now it is at 15%, having charged only 10 over night. It's possible my resting HR overnight is higher right now and as a result it won't charge.

Seems the changes from Fenix 3 to 5 were not that drastic, so apart from design changes and minor improvements such as battery life the next Fenix iteration might not be that different from the 5X. Was test-wearing a 5X today. Surprisingly comfortable for the size and weight!

The 5S is not as long-lasting as the older Fenix 3 or newer Fenix 5, presumably due to a smaller battery. Its lifespan is 9 days, 14 hours, and 40 hours. The 5X demands extra juice to power its over-sized display. Even so, battery life is comparable to the Fenix 3: 12 days, 20 hours, and 50 hours.
