I did a search, look under the hood, door jambs. Can anyone with a e46 tell me exactly where i can find my car's paint code? iTrader: ( 9) On the US cars the paint code is on the inside of the hood. My E92 is Alpine White, the code is 300 (US car). I believe there may be more than one shade of white; but ALPINE white is a specific color - the other shades of white aren't called Alpine and don't have the same code.
